Everyday we hear reports about the latest diet or weight loss fad coming from Hollywood. The images we see of these super toned bodies can be somewhat amazing. But how did they do it? How did they lose such an impressive amount of weight in almost no time? In this article we will discuss what the most popular celebrity diet is.

Celebrities make their money a bunch of ways. It could be from their voices for cartoon characters or their acting skills but many of them get jobs dependent on their bodies. With the majority of celebrities being “in shape” this increases their chances of staying in the mainstream spotlight. Meanwhile you, the everyday person is struggling with your weight loss program and may wonder what the celebrities are doing so special.

The truth is, most celebrities have an angle on weight loss that you or I don’t have. For example, they have the luxury of hiring high priced personal trainers, nutritionist, and having a chef at their home. Now you and I, we have to sign up at a gym, pay a personal trainer (which we really could not afford), cook our own food, and if we have a family we have to take care of them too. The lifestyle an average person has is totally different from a celebrity and we don not have the resources they have.

Some celebrities also go on diets that are not healthy for you. Diets like the lemonade diet, Atkins diet, the cookie diet, 3 hour diet, 3 minute diet (I’m kidding with this one), these are all fad diets. You will lose weight temporarily but ultimately you will gain the weight back.

So going back to the original question of what is the most popular celebrity diet. The answer would be the most recent fad diet is the most popular one. These diets are not long term solutions and should be avoided.
